Mark Braverman

Mark Braverman is a Jewish American with deep family roots in the Holy Land.  Trained as a clinical psychologist and a pioneer in crisis intervention and recovery from trauma, Mark now devotes himself full-time to the cause for peace in historic Palestine.

In his work he focuses on the role of religious beliefs and theology in the struggle for peace and the function and future of interfaith relations. Mark serves on the advisory board of Friends of Sabeel North American and on the Board of the Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions-USA. He has recently been appointed Consultant for Evangelicals for Middle East Understanding.

Dr. Braverman is the author of Fatal Embrace:  Christians, Jews, and the Search for Peace in the Holy Land.
